Sometimes, creating content for your classroom can be overwhelming! These options can help you get ahead and focus on other aspects!
If you would have told me last week that I would have been creating my heart for my classroom this weekend, I would have laughed at you. As the weekend drew near my to-do list was getting to it’s third page! Cray-Cray!
I am happy to say that I completed almost everything on my to-do list this weekend and because of that I have a LOT to share with you. So buckle up, grab a snack and get ready!
Creation Overload – Creating Content For Your Classroom
First thing was to create a Flippable for my Resource Math students as we were reviewing place value today in class. I knew that I needed to take it to the thousandths for decimals but we are technically supposed to go to the billions. Well, I didn’t want to make things so tee-tiny they couldn’t see them so I stopped with the millions.

We got busy on these today in class. I will say that I had them Flippable part pre-made for them (cut down, folded and stapled) because I was able to do all of that for all of my students while they were cutting down their numbers. WHEW! A million staples later…
Work Station Creation
Next up was to create a work station for Tues/Wed that went along with Place Value. I already had my other stations for this week created based on skills we have learned earlier this year and I knew that I wanted something colorful and fun. Enter the zebra print!

I am so excited to have this all ready for tomorrow as one of the stations that my substitute is able to do with my 8th Grade Resource Math Class. I will get to do it on Wednesday with my 7th Grade Resource Math and it excites me! 🙂
And of course, since I was starting Work Stations for the first time this week, I had to create Station Group cards as well as Rotation cards that matched. I am sharing this resource for FREE with all of you! It is completely editable so you can use any font and for anything that you see fit! Enjoy!

And of course, I kept going! I created an Operation Word Sort Flippable for my Resource class. Funny thing is, I don’t even need this until NEXT WEEK! And of course, I must have been tired because this is the one file I forgot to convert to a PDF at home (different fonts).
But never fear, I do want to share the free Flippable template with you now! You can grab this 4 Shutter Fold Flippable that is editable to meet your needs. When we use ours, I will definitely take pictures and post along with the full file to download from TpT.
Whew! Okay, just relaying all of that has worn me out. And believe me, there is more that I created as well but I didn’t want to bore you with an even longer post! LOL! Hope you are having a great day!
