If you haven’t noticed lately, I have added a few tabs across the top of my blog for various different things such as Advertising, links to my TpT and TN stores, and Workshops. Let me tell you, that workshop tab is a WORK IN PROGRESS! It is constantly changing and growing and I am SO EXCITED about what is to come.
Next week, I am presenting my first two Make and Take workshops of 2013 at the Conference for Advancement of Mathematics Teaches (CAMT) in San Antonio, Texas. I am so excited about presenting at CAMT for my 5th time and can’t wait to meet all of the fabulous teachers attending over the course of 3 days!
I will be presenting a mini-version of my Interact with Me and Engage Me workshop as I only have 1 hour! I promise, it will be worth your time. If you are interested in meeting me, or sitting in on my session, I will be in Room 206A for 6th-8th grades on Wednesday at 1:00pm and in Room 206A for 3rd-5th grades on Friday at 11:30am. There is limited seating and the room must be cleared after the prior speaker so feel free to start the line early. I don’t want the Fire Marshall after me!
Once I return from San Antonio, it will be time to start preparing for my FULL DAY workshop, “Flipping Out over Flippables” here in Garland, TX. If you are anywhere around the DFW area, this will be a workshop you won’t want to miss. I am planning on PACKING the full 6 hours with tons of Make and Take goodness for you to start your new school year off right!
