This is my motto this year! I am going to forever change not only my lifestyle but the way I look at myself. I have created a second YouTube channel for this so that those that are watching my scrapbooking channel don’t have to be subjected to my weight loss videos. You can check out my first video here.
This is the layout that I read from in the video. I created this as my title page for my album. I took the “before” photo last night after we got back from our 1.7 mile walk to and from Subway. We took Maggie with us and Smudge (the cat) followed along. I felt GREAT! My ankle didn’t throb and it was wonderful!
