Monday Made It: Subway Art, Freebies and Storage

Another week of working around the house has gotten a few things created to share with you for this week’s Monday Made It.

First up this week is a new Bathroom Subway Art that I created for our hall bathroom. Of course I used some of my favorite Kimberly Geswein fonts and it looks FABULOUS if I do say so myself.

I love how easy it is to make things for your home very cheaply. I grabbed this frame at Home Goods for $5 on clearance all because it had a few scuffs. Nothing a black Sharpie couldn’t fix.

The Bathroom Subway Art is 5 by 7 and then I matted it with some cardstock and scrapbook paper that I had in my stash. Cute, simple and maybe $6 including the cost of printer ink!

Feel free to download it for FREE here!

This week I was also able to create a new FREEBIE for my Teachers Pay Teachers store while I was working on the final 8th Grade Interactive Notebook Unit.

This activity is ready to print and be used right away by your students. Feel free to grab it and leave some feedback to let me know what you think.

And then last, but not least, I leave you with a picture of an AMAZING find. Garden Ridge is a store here locally and they had these storage bins by Sistema when I was there two weeks ago. I wanted to wait and grab it at the store closer to me and I went this past weekend and got some loose ones for HALF OFF! These are great for storage so you might want to check them out.

If you don’t have a Garden Ridge near you, you can find the bins online on Amazon here. They are clear but work just the same!
