Cake Balls (or Brownie Balls)

So many people have been asking me questions about how to make Cake Balls since I have raved about the ones that I bought for Michael’s birthday from a childhood friend. BTW, her name is Jennifer too and she did an AMAZING job and we loved them! You can find her here to order from her and she will ship all over! I will definitely be getting them from her again even though I can make them too.

First you will need:
Cake Mix (any flavor will do as will a brownie mix)

Frosting (Complementary Flavor)
Almond Bark

Lollipop Sticks

First Day:
Make the cake mix according to the box. When baked, let it cool and then cover it with foil and put it in the fridge over night.

Second Day:
Take the cake out of the fridge. Get a big bowl and put the cake in the bowl. Crumble it up with your hands. Use a plastic spatula to stir in the frosting completely. Once mixed well, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge over night.

Third Day:
Take the mixture from the fridge. Form “balls” from the mixture and put a lollipop stick into the end and place them on wax paper. Melt Almond Bark to the package directions. Dip the Cake Pop into the melted Almond Bark. Optional: You can put sprinkles over the almond bark to jazz them up. Let them dry on the wax paper and then you can wrap them in cellophane and tie with a ribbon for a nice treat!

If you happen to make any, please let me know! You can always send me one!
